Les Schwab was absolutely fantastic! I had a tire with a nail in it, and they got me taken care of incredibly fast. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like family. The service was extremely fast and professional, and I really appreciated how well I was treated. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got my oil changed at Les Schwab today after a terrible experience from my Subaru dealership in carson city. I left Michael Hohl Subaru frustrated, crying and feeling terrible. My family has bought 3 cars from them and lately they have been horrible. Plus they raised their prices again without notice and it's $148 now!!! After breaking my back this year every penny counts after such a set back....Desperately needing my oil changed I called Les Schwab. They got me in fast, were kind, compassionate and helpful.....AND Affordable! Great prices, awesome service and it was a relaxing environment to sit and regroup. I went to Les Schwab for many years before Subaru, and now I'm back. Sorry I left for a dealerships promises that failed, but I am a faithful customer from now on. Thank you Les Schwab for maintaining your integrity and great service! You made my bad day good😊

I Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. The employees were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The quote they gave me never changed, and I was very happy with the job. I highly recommend this Les Schwab tire Center.

I was disappointed with how my wheel order was handled. After placing my order, I received a call informing me that the wheels had arrived. When I went to the store, Cooper told me they did not arrived, that he was unable to order them because there was zero stock, and that he had no idea when they would become available. This made absolutely no sense. To get clarity, I called the Reno store myself. They had the same wheels available in their own store. When I relayed this information to Cooper he acted like he was shocked. Ultimately, Cooper said he was able to get the wheels from Reno and have it installed. At that point, I was left questioning what was really going on. This experience has completely changed my perception of that store. I don’t know what kind of game was being played that day, but the lack of transparency, communication, and basic follow-through is unacceptable.

I had a great experience today at Les Schwab. It was my first time going here and afterwards today I have already recommended 2 people. Taylor, the tech who looked at my truck was very knowledgeable. Noone was sales pushy, parts prices and labor were very reasonable. Job was done quickly and correctly. Give this place a shot!
